-The Urban Wheat team are locally based coaches and harvest workers with a deep desire to empower catalysts and harvest workers to bring blessing to their city.

Helping Team-Builders increase their leadership effectiveness in alignment with God’s unique call on their lives.

6 x 1 hour sessions held weekly
‘Surrender’ continues from and builds on the learning of the previous modules with a mixture of short teaching bites, personal prayerful reflection and group discussion.

This module seeks to help team builders develop a lifestyle that is aligned with their calling to be a disciple and an effective leader who is able to reproduce.

Module Overview

  • Week 1: Intentional

  • Week 2: Integrated

  • Week 3: Learner

  • Week 4: Listener

  • Week 5: Follower

  • Week 6: Multiplier

Delivery

  • Each week contains five short assignments that should take about 20 mins a day

  • Every week we will meet for one hour to discuss and debrief what God is teaching you through the assignments.
